About the course
The circuit you construct from this kit will allow you to create any "imitation" color! An imitation color is one that is artificially created by stimulating the red, green, and violet (or blue) color sensors in our eyes in different combinations so that the brain thinks it is seeing a real color.
The circuit uses potentiometers to control the amount of current delivered to the red, green, and blue components of an RGB LED. It also uses resistors and transistors to govern the voltages (and thus the current) in each part of the circuit so that the color control is smooth and linear.
